Ethnista Return & Exchange Policy

At Ethnista, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and unwashed
• The item should be in its original condition with tags intact  
• No returns or exchanges for damaged or worn items
• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery   
  
• Return requests must be accompanied by valid dispatch details and tracking ID. Requests without proof of return dispatch will not be considered.
