What are your Working Hours?
Our boutique is open from 10 AM TO 7PM, Monday to Saturday.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, we offer exchange only for size issues from our side.
To process an exchange, please ensure:
• The product is in the same condition as delivered
• Live opening video is provided (mandatory)
• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original packaging and accessories are included
Once we receive and verify the product, we will arrange the size exchange.
How long will delivery take?
Normally, delivery takes 30 to 40 working days.
Are the colours true to the photos?
Yes, all images are taken in natural light.
No filters or heavy edits are used.
Please note: slight colour variations may occur due to screen brightness and device settings.
Is a refund available?
Yes, refunds are available only if the issue is from our side (such as a damaged or wrong product).
If the return is due to a customer-side issue, the pickup charge will be deducted from the product amount before refund.
Due to our change in delivery partner to India Postal Service, return pickup is not available; if the return or exchange is due to our mistake, please send the product via your nearest postal service at your own cost, and we will reimburse the shipping amount.
